1. Initial Meeting

Speak to one of our expert consultants so we can build a suitable education plan for the family.

2. Prep School Advisory

Once our consultants understand the family and child's specific needs, we curate and pursue a tailored application roadmap.

3. Tours and visits

Consultants will contact chosen preps and help family arrange visits.

4. Decision making

Once the family have visited the chosen preps and would like to submit applications, we help them with registration and co-ordinate the entire admissions procedure.

5. Final step

Once all the admissions processes are completed and we will discuss with the family to review and compare their offers, and to help them accept or reject a place.

    After a 15 year career at a top London advertising agency, Katie moved into the education sector working in admissions with a particular focus on placing international students. Having most recently worked as the Admissions Registrar at a highly academic, prestigious London girls’ school, Katie has an in-depth understanding of the challenges that families face when applying to academically selective schools. Her own children attended UK boarding schools and top Russell Group universities. So professionally and personally she is fully immersed in the UK education system. She also has an excellent grasp of the American education system having been educated in Northern California.

    With a background spanning 15 years in a top London ad agency, Katie transitioned into education, specializing in admissions and placing international students. As the Admissions Registrar at a distinguished London girls' school, she gained in-depth knowledge of the challenges families face when applying to selective schools. Her children attended UK boarding schools and Russell Group universities, immersing her professionally and personally in the UK education system. Additionally, Katie has a strong understanding of the American education system, owing to her Northern California education. Currently, she serves as an Education Consultant and Summer Course Specialist at Carfax Education Group, working with families worldwide for 4.5 years. She excels in client liaison, offering guidance, support, and creating innovative learning opportunities in the UK. As the China Specialist at Carfax, Katie supports communications with families from far east regions.
